Warranty & Support Information

All EZYPC Gaming PCs include a three (3) year Return-to-Base (RTB) warranty.

We strongly recommend retaining the original packaging, as it is essential if your PC needs to be returned to us for servicing. Using the original packaging helps ensure safe transportation and allows the servicing process to be handled smoothly and securely.


Lifetime Remote Support

EZYPC provides free lifetime remote support to the original purchaser of all EZYPC systems.
This service remains available even after the standard warranty period has expired, allowing you to contact our support team via phone or email for ongoing remote assistance.


Post-Warranty Servicing

If your system requires physical servicing by an EZYPC technician outside standard warranty coverage, original owners are eligible for discounted rates on replacement parts and labour, ensuring long-term value and continued support for your PC.


Shipping Responsibility

Shipping cost responsibility depends on the type of service required:

  • If the issue is covered under warranty, EZYPC will cover the shipping costs

  • If the issue is not covered under warranty, shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer


Turnaround Time

The typical servicing turnaround time is 1–3 business days, excluding delivery times, which may vary depending on location and courier services.
Customers will be kept informed throughout the servicing process.


Beyond Economical Repair

If a PC is deemed beyond repair, EZYPC will provide a replacement system in accordance with warranty terms.
The replacement will be of equal or greater value than the original purchase.


Warranty Coverage

Manufacturer Defects

This warranty covers defects arising from the manufacturing process that affect normal system functionality.
Covered components include (but are not limited to):

  • Motherboard

  • CPU

  • GPU

  • RAM

  • Storage devices

  • Other essential internal hardware

Coverage applies to defects in materials or workmanship under normal usage conditions.


Exclusions & Non-Covered Items

Physical Damage

Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, abuse, or negligence—including drops, liquid spills, or improper handling—is not covered under this warranty.

Damage Due to Lack of Maintenance

Routine cleaning and proper maintenance are required to maintain system performance and longevity.
Damage caused by poor maintenance, such as overheating due to dust buildup or restricted airflow, is not covered.

Software-Related Issues

The hardware warranty does not cover software-related issues, including:

  • Operating system corruption

  • Malware or virus infections

  • Driver conflicts

  • Third-party software incompatibility

Advanced or custom software configurations—such as RAID setups, virtual machines (VMs), custom BIOS settings, or other specialised configurations—are also excluded from warranty coverage.

Unauthorised Repairs or Modifications

Any damage or malfunction resulting from unauthorised repairs, modifications, or alterations is not covered.
This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Overclocking

  • Firmware modifications

  • Use of non-approved or incompatible components

Normal Wear and Tear

Normal wear and tear from regular use—such as cosmetic wear, fading finishes, minor scratches, or degradation of peripherals (e.g. keyboards and mice)—is not covered under warranty.


Maintenance Responsibility

Regular maintenance and servicing are essential to ensure optimal performance and extend the lifespan of your computer.
Failure to maintain the system properly may result in issues that fall outside warranty coverage.

Accessories, Repairs & Upgrade Parts Warranty

Accessories and peripheral devices supplied or sold by EZYPC—including but not limited to monitors, keyboards, mice, headsets, cables, and external accessories—are covered by a one (1) year hardware-only warranty, unless otherwise stated.

Parts installed as part of a repair or upgrade service (including replacement components or additional accessories) are covered by a 12-month hardware warranty from the date of service or installation.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use only and does not cover:

  • Physical damage

  • Accidental or liquid damage

  • Wear and tear

  • Improper use or handling

  • Damage caused by third-party devices or incompatible systems

For accessories and upgrade parts that include a manufacturer-specific warranty, claims may be handled in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty terms and procedures.

Used Products Warranty

All used products sold by EZYPC include a 30-day hardware-only warranty, effective from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated.

This warranty covers hardware faults or failures under normal use during the warranty period.
It does not cover:

Physical damage, accidental damage, or liquid damage

Software-related issues

Cosmetic wear and tear

Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorised repairs or modifications

Used products are tested and confirmed to be in working condition prior to sale. Warranty claims must be reported within the 30-day warranty period.
