Servicing Your PC

If your system requires servicing, we offer the following options:

Important – Keep Your Original Packaging

We strongly recommend retaining all original packaging materials, including the box and internal protective foam. As your EZYPC system is covered under warranty, the original packaging helps ensure a safe and secure return should servicing be required.

Warranty and transit coverage

All EZYPC Gaming PCs include a 3 Years return to base warranty. Please retaining the original packaging can be very helpful if you need to send your PC back to us for servicing. Keeping the packaging ensures a smooth and safe shipping process, making the service experience easier and more secure.

We provide free lifetime remote support for the original purchasers of all EZYPC systems. This service remains available even after the standard warranty period has expired, allowing you to contact our support team via phone or email for ongoing remote assistance.

If your system requires physical servicing by an EZYPC technician, we offer discounted rates on replacement parts and labour for original owners, ensuring continued value and long-term support for your PC.

The responsibility for shipping costs depends on the type of coverage. If the issue is covered under warranty, EZYPC will cover the shipping costs. For other cases, the customer may need to cover these costs.

The turnaround time for servicing is usually 1-3 business days, not including delivery times, which may vary. We will keep you updated throughout the process.

If your PC is deemed beyond repair, we will provide a replacement under the terms of our warranty. The replacement will be of equal or greater value to your original purchase.

Manufacturer Defects

The warranty covers defects arising from the manufacturing of your computer that affect its normal functionality. This includes failures or malfunctions of essential components such as the motherboard, CPU, GPU, RAM, storage devices, and other internal hardware.

Coverage applies to issues resulting from defects in materials or workmanship during the manufacturing process, ensuring your system operates as intended under normal usage conditions.

Physical Damage
Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, abuse, or negligence—including but not limited to drops, liquid spills, or improper handling—is not covered under this warranty.

Damage Due to Lack of Maintenance
Routine cleaning and proper maintenance are required to ensure system longevity and performance. Damage caused by inadequate maintenance, such as overheating due to dust buildup or blocked airflow, is not covered under the warranty.

Software-Related Issues
Issues arising from software-related causes—including operating system corruption, malware or virus infections, driver conflicts, or third-party software incompatibility—are not covered under the hardware warranty.

Custom or advanced software configurations, including but not limited to RAID arrays, virtual machines (VMs), custom BIOS settings, or other specialised configurations, are excluded from warranty coverage.

Unauthorised Repairs or Modifications
Any damage or malfunction resulting from repairs, modifications, or alterations performed by unauthorised individuals or service providers is not covered. This includes overclocking, firmware modifications, or the use of non-approved or incompatible components.

Normal Wear and Tear
Normal wear and tear resulting from regular use—including cosmetic wear, fading finishes, minor scratches, or degradation of peripherals such as keyboards and mice—is not covered under the warranty.

Regular maintenance and servicing are crucial for ensuring optimal performance and extending the lifespan of your computer. Neglecting proper upkeep may lead to issues that are not covered under the warranty.
