How to Book In-Store Service ?

  • After placing your order and paying the In-Store First-Hour Service Fee, our Professional Technician will contact you by phone to schedule a service time.

How to Book On-Site Service ?

  • After placing your order and paying the On-Site First-Hour Service Fee, our Professional Technician will contact you by phone to schedule a service time to visit your location.

Pricing Regulations:

  • The first hour fee is always charged in full.

  • For services extending beyond one hour, every half-hour will be charged separately.

  • Any time less than half an hour will be rounded up to half an hour (the first hour cannot be split).

Express Service (Out-of-Hours):

  • For express service requests, an additional $100 will be charged for the first hour.

  • Express (first available technician) fees apply to both on-site and in-store service.

  • After placing the order and payment, express service will be completed within 24 hours.

Estimated Service Time:

  • After accepting a task, we will provide an estimated completion time based on initial evaluation.

  • We aim to remain transparent and complete repairs within the promised timeframe.

Services Beyond One Hour:

  • If the repair time exceeds one hour, we will promptly communicate with the customer and provide a detailed progress report.

  • Customers can then decide whether to continue with the repair.
