New PC Equipment Warranty:
All new PC systems come with a three-year hardware-only warranty (from the date of purchase). This warranty covers hardware defects and failures under normal use. It does not cover issues related to software, operating system errors, or third-party software conflicts. Physical damage, misuse, accidental damage, liquid damage, or unauthorised modifications are not covered under this warranty.
EZYPC offers a 36-month return-to-base warranty service for all purchased computers. Hardware repairs and replacements covered under warranty will be free of labour costs. Our technicians may require up to 14 business days to complete any return-to-base warranty claims.
Used PC Equipment Warranty:
Used desktop computers have a 14-day hardware-only warranty (from the date of purchase).
Other used products (such as laptops, accessories, etc.) do not come with a warranty.
Monitors and Individual Components Warranty:
Monitors and computer components (when purchased separately, not as part of a complete PC system) are covered only by the manufacturer’s warranty period and terms. Please check the relevant manufacturer’s warranty and support information.
Other Manufacturer Product Warranty:
Products manufactured by other manufacturers will have their own warranty/repair information. Please check the manufacturer's warranty return information.
