What Your PC Care Includes

Internal Dust Cleaning

Dust removal from accessible internal areas, case fans, dust filters and cooling surfaces. We focus on the areas that need attention inside your desktop, rather than just wiping down the outside.

CPU Thermal Paste Replacement

Removal of the existing CPU thermal paste and application of fresh thermal paste, with the CPU cooler refitted and checked as part of the service.

Hardware Health Checks

Inspection of key components, internal connections and cooling fan operation, together with basic hardware health checks.

Temperature & Stability Testing

Operating-temperature checks and system stability testing after maintenance. If we identify an issue that needs further attention, we will explain our findings and discuss the next steps with you.

How To Book Your Service

Keep the original order number for your qualifying PC purchase. You will need it when booking your complimentary maintenance service.

Contact EZYPC with your order number and let us know that you would like to redeem your 1-Year PC Care package.

We will check your purchase date, the qualifying desktop PC, the care product recorded on your order, and whether the service has already been redeemed. Once your eligibility is confirmed, we will arrange a service appointment or provide instructions for sending your PC to our store.

The service applies to the desktop PC linked to the qualifying order, not a different computer.

When Can I Use It?

Your complimentary care package is valid for 12 months from the date you receive or collect your PC.

You do not need to use it during October. October is the purchase promotion period — your maintenance service can be booked for a later date within its validity period.

Please contact us before your care package expires. If our appointment availability requires a service date after expiry, we will confirm the arrangement with you.

“1-Year PC Care” means one maintenance service within the 12-month redemption period. It does not include unlimited servicing or recurring visits.

In-Store & Mail-In Servicing

All maintenance is performed at EZYPC’s store by appointment.

Local Customers

Arrange a booking, bring your desktop PC to our store, and collect it once the service is complete.

Regional & Interstate Customers

You can also redeem your care package by shipping your desktop PC to our store after your booking and eligibility have been confirmed.

You are responsible for arranging and paying for shipping your PC to EZYPC. After your included PC Care maintenance service, EZYPC pays for return shipping to you within Australia. Return delivery arrangements will be confirmed when your booking is finalised.

Please contact us for packing instructions and the correct delivery address before sending your computer.

The October free-shipping offer applies to the original PC purchase only. PC Care maintenance shipping is separate: you pay to send your PC to EZYPC, and EZYPC pays for shipping it back after the included service.

These transport conditions relate to optional PC Care servicing, not warranty claims or remedies under the Australian Consumer Law.

PC Care & Warranty Are Different

PC Care Is Maintenance

This package provides the cleaning, CPU thermal paste replacement, checks and testing described above.

Warranty Is Separate

New desktop PCs include EZYPC’s 3-year warranty, and pre-owned desktop PCs include EZYPC’s 30-day warranty, subject to their respective warranty terms.

The PC Care package does not replace, extend or restart your PC’s warranty, and it does not provide one year of free fault repairs.

Important Service Details

This package covers one maintenance service for one eligible desktop PC. It is a service entitlement, not a physical cleaning kit.

Replacement parts, hardware repairs, GPU disassembly or thermal paste replacement, operating-system reinstallation, malware removal, data recovery and on-site servicing are not included in this maintenance package.

If additional work is recommended, we will explain the proposed work and obtain your approval before carrying out anything chargeable. Issues covered by warranty or Australian Consumer Law rights will be handled separately.
